Well, Linda decided (I must admit I didn't put up a lot of resistance.) that while she and her Dad would ferry across Bass Strait, I would fly across. They had a fairly uneventful nightlong journey on the Spirit of Tasmania and then picked me up at the Devonport Airport. Anyway, this put us all in Tasmania ready to start the main part of our holiday.
