Melbourne - Werribee Animal Reserve
We made a half day excursion to Werribee Open Range Zoo (located about midway between Melbourne and Geelong) about a 30 minute drive from Missy and Myles place. We went to see the animals, of which there were many interesting one, particularly of the African kind.
Additionally, there was a festival of African music and food going on, so we got to sample that as well. It is rated as the top Victorian tourist attraction, a reputation which as far as I have experienced it deserves.
