The Australian Navy had sent down the HMAS Stuart from its home base of Sydney to participate in the celebrations of the Australian Wooden Boat Festival. It also gave the Navy an opportunity to do some recruiting. The HMAS Stuart is an ANZAC class guided missile frigate. A tour was offered, so we went.
