Trowunna Wildlife Park

In spite of the heat, we decided to visit Trowunna Wildlife Park, since it so close to Mole Creek. It had a large reputation as having a large number of Tasmanian Devils.

This is what greets you at the entrance from the highway.

Linda leads the way to the front office.

The lizard didn't seem to mind the heat.

Speaking of heat lovers, this wombat was in constant motion. Of course it might have already been driven crazy by the heat.

This Tasmanian Devil was taking it easy. They are nocturnal, and it was hot.

These Devils were just active enough to quarrel over the water.

Copperhead snake (I believe)
