Hobart – Lark Distillery

Lark Distillery is one of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in Australia. They manufacture a range of whiskey and fruit liqueurs. We dropped by to have a sampling.

 Barmaid explains the differences between the whiskeys and liqueurs.

 The samplers are patiently waiting. Chuck said the whiskeys varied from good (expensive) to excellent (very expensive). Linda liked all of the liqueurs but preferred an apple one. She would have bought a bottle, but staff were too busy to take her money.
